Magazine updates and two new pages......Tim Holtz Vintage signage

I need to get into the habit of taking a before and after picture.....but I find I get so excited to get started I forget about showing you what the original page looked like.  The above was just text and this girl, a butterfly and another smaller image on the bottom left hand side. 

I have come to realize that I should not be gluing the magazine pages together like we do in our altered books.  The pages tend to lift and wrinkle  when they are glued together.  Not the look that I am going for.  Both of the gals that I am following suggest that you don't glue pages together, but as usual I have to find these things out for myself. 

I do enjoy this process.  It is very relaxing to spread the paint over the pages.  Good fun.  I look forward do doing some more tomorrow.
