Spread #4 from my huge 14 X 20 Re-purposed cookbook journal.

For this spread I wanted to challenged myself.  I wanted to do this spread using just two sheets of card stock with Graphic 45 images on them.  It was an appropriate challenge, as I only had two pages from this particular series "Olde Curiosity Shoppe Collection."  This was the only Steampunk type papers I had in the house.....so I began.....

Three books pages glued together.  Underpants from pages of an old dictionary applied.  A layer of sewing paper over everything.  Two strips of cheese cloth placed approximately where I thought they might go.  Then I quickly placed my images as I wanted to be able to move the cheese cloth to cover some of the edges and also to slip some of the card stock images underneath.  There was Mod Podge on everything.  LOL.  Good fun.

Once dry I went at the page with my brown Stabelo pencil and Two distress inkers from Ranger - Pine Needles green and Chipper Sapphire.  I quite like the results.

Again, I love the textures and the colors.  This time I added my initials in the bottom right hand corner.  LOVE IT!!!!
